Plan 4 Demand was founded to bring advanced detailing, estimating and manufacturing capability to the construction industry. From our base in Bua Yai, Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand, we support builders and manufacturers with services that span the whole journey from plan to production.

Our work covers whole-of-build estimating, design and construction consulting, roof truss, floor truss and wall frame detailing with full 3D IFC models, and the design, manufacture and installation of truss and frame machinery — alongside autonomous robotics and web, program and mobile app development.

We believe the future of construction is automated. That is why we are investing in autonomous robotic design and manufacturing, and building the equipment and software that will power the next generation of truss plants.
